"One-Stop-Shop"
We aim to implement a “one stop” IT shop for best business efficiency, supplying all IT related hardware, software, networking, phone and after-sales services. While in-house/on-site services are charged at a normal rate, telephone support, to resolve small issues, is free of charge.

As part of our One-Stop-Shop mentality, we provide the following services to our customers:
- consulting with clients to determine the best solution for their IT needs. This can include whether to undertake a complete system overhaul, upgrade current software, install new workstations and hardware, upgrade to VOIP services and more.
- designing and supplying new software and hardware to complement current systems or replace outdated parts.
- full installation of products including network, server and hardware requirements.
- all maintenance, training and servicing required after installation to ensure customers are 100% confident and have peace of mind after purchase.
- 24/7 customer service and technical support
- remote desktop support available to fix any issues in a timely manner.

Business for us is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We aim to conduct most of our business during normal business hours, but we also understand that some businesses can't have interruptions during their operating hours and will schedule larger jobs for after hours at no extra charge.
- As computers are vital tools in most business operations, we aim to respond within a couple of hours.
- In case of severe breakdown, our response time is usually within 2 hours and no more than 4 hours.
- In case of a workstation malfunction or breakdown, we aim to rectify the problem by the next business day.
